Instructions:
Brown beef in frying pan with oil for 5-10min
Put browned beef + water + rest of ingredients in Instant Pot and cook using stew option
Cook noodles and bokchoy

Ingredients:
1 pack of wonton wrapper
Ground pork (1-1.5 lbs)
Shrimp (optiona)
Ginger
Green onion
Bok choy
Salt
Soy Sauce
White pepper
Hondashi
Chilli powder
1 egg
Instructions:
Wontons:
Mince ginger and cut green onion
Cut bok choy into small pieces
Add meat, ginger, bok choy, green onion, salt, tsp of hondashi, white pepper, chilli powder, and egg into mixing bowl. Mix.
Taste and add soy sauce or other ingredients if needed.
Wrap wontons.
Cook wontons until they float.
Boil bok choy until cooked.
Soup:
Add white pepper, hondashi, soy sauce, and lao gan ma to bowl
Pour in hot water.
Add wontons and cooked bok choy.
